However I still wanted to get her something pretty and feminine, which is why I chose a silver necklace. You see Alisha is at that age where girls start caring about how they look and wanting to be feminine so I knew that she was ready for such a gift. I think that Alisha really likes her silver necklace. She put it on right away and admired herself in the mirror. I also heard her bragging to a friend on the phone about her silver necklace when they were discussing their Christmas gifts. It seems that Alisha’s silver necklace gave her a great deal of joy, which I am happy about. I am waiting to see how well Alisha takes care of her silver necklace. This will determine whether or not I can safely buy her gold without fear of her losing it.
