jewelry

Several weeks ago, my son came into the kitchen and asked me what we were going to do for his sisters 16th birthday that was coming up in March. I explained that I thought we would give her a party and that I would probably buy her a piece of jewelry as something special to signify that special day. I found it odd that he would be asking about his sister, whom he constantly fights with, but he commented that he'd heard her talking to one of her friends on the phone and that she had mentioned that she really hoped that she got some jewelry for her birthday. I asked him if she mentioned any particular type of jewelry, and he said he had heard something about jewelry with a cross. That didn't surprise me. My daughter absolutely loved crosses, so it made perfect sense to me that she would want jewelry that had a cross on it. I was thrilled that my son had shared this little bit of information with me, and I gave him a hug and thanked him.

I probably wouldn't have thought to buy her cross jewelry, but now that her brother had filled me in, I knew that was exactly what I would get her. Because I am one of those people who like to have all their ducks in a row, way ahead of time, I decided to go online and see what I could find for our daughters 16th birthday. I browsed around several websites and found some beautiful jewelry, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I finally came across 10K Diamond Cross Ring that I found for her at Stella Superstore whose online store can be found by visiting www.stellasuperstore.com/. Because he was the one who had suggested it to me, I called my son into the kitchen and asked his opinion of the piece of jewelry that I'd found for his sister. He said he thought it was beautiful, and I asked him if he thought we should order it for his sister. He agreed that we should, so we ordered it together. I asked him to make sure that he didn't mention it to her, so that it would be a complete surprise, and when the ring arrives, I’ll wrap it and hide it away so she wouldn't find it before her birthday. After all we wanted it to be a complete surprise.
